Product Description

This Product can accomplish multicolor printing, cutting, scoring, trimming, slotting, corner cutting, die cutting, and punching etc. all in one time. 

The adsorption type feeding at the paper leading edge is adopted with the air follow rate adjustable.
 
 

Variable frequency control(VFC) is used by the main engine. the electrical phase adjustment is achieved by the PLC computer, And various connecting parts are pneumatically locked and electrically detached.

The material of the gear is high-frequency hardened 40cr, processed by fine grinding. Spray-type circulating lubrication is used for the gears. Key-free connection struture is adopted between the gear and the shaft, This machine sel features in accurate topping, luxurious printing pattern, convenient operation and repairing, high-degree automation, high production efficiency, and paper feeding at specified internals etc.
